Modernizing a global media technology leader with a bold visual evolution rooted in heritage and strategic alignment.

NAGRA required a full rebrand and website overhaul that extended far beyond a new homepage. The mandate was to modernize the brand across digital, campaigns, resources, and social while maintaining alignment with the broader Kudelski Group identity.

The creative direction intentionally avoided predictable streaming and anti-piracy visuals. Instead of generic screens and lock icons, the brand leaned into sharper, more conceptual imagery that conveyed control, intelligence, and global scale. The challenge was to evolve the visual system while honoring the legacy NAGRA blue and ensuring a cohesive feel alongside the parent Kudelski Group site, which was being developed by a separate agency.

The result was a modernized, globally consistent brand presence that felt elevated, differentiated, and strategically aligned across all touchpoints.
